The Basic Supervision Course equips new managers and seasoned leaders with the critical tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in supervisory roles. This comprehensive training program, equivalent to a 5-day (40-hour) course, addresses the complexities and challenges inherent in management positions, empowering participants with the practical skills needed to lead effectively. It covers a wide range of essential topics, including management styles, decision-making, leadership, and communication. Upon completion of a final exam, successful students will receive a certificate of completion and three continuing education units (CEUs).
