"Another great nature walk with Roger Fulton out of Rotary Park in Edgewater to 10th Street by Daytona
State. Highlight was the viewing of the Eagle on its nest on the cell tower by the College. A very pretty walk through a field by a pond and then through woods to the college. Saw pretty northern Cardinals and lots of small flowers, even a pretty morning glory still putting on a show in the late afternoon! We managed to get the walk in before the thunderstorms arrived and a great time was had by all. Nature — nothing better for the mind and soul."
